great YMCA Core fitness/strength training

YMCA Core fitness/strength training. 630am had time for 2 rounds of my workout before I had to go to work. Today's totals; 100elevated push ups ( 2 sets of 50), 100 squats (2 sets of 50), 100 declined crunches ( 2 sets of 50), 200 obliques/side crunches ( 2 sets of 100 50 left and 50 right), 36 pull ups ( 3 sets of 12), 60 dips (2 sets of 30), 5 laps walked around the indoor track (.5 mile).
