5am, Yogilates at the YMCA. Next quarter started at the YMCA and our Pilates class is now Yogilates ( a combo of yoga and pilates). lots of downward dog, up dog, all kinds of new positions to learn. I think too many learns of running around with a heavy rucksack effected my flexibility ( hard to touch my toes). nice class though and I'm sure it will get better as we go!!
