ymca core fitness/ strength training, had time for 1 round after my 3 mile run and before spin class and 3 rounds after spinning. Today's totals: 200 elevated push ups ( 4 sets of 50), 200 squats ( 4 sets of 50 body weight only), 200 declined crunches ( 4 sets of 50), 400 obliques/side crunches ( 4 sets of 100 /50 left and 50 right), 60 pull ups ( 5 sets of 12), 120 dips ( 4 sets of 30), 1 mile walked on the indoor track (10 laps).
