5am spinning with friends!! can't beat just an awesome spinning workout!! Amanda kept us going for 45 minutes before she had to leave. The friends kept on dropping out until it was just me so I rode on for another 30 minutes before I had to get ready for work. so 2 hours on the spinner isn't too bad to start off the week and man what a sweaty workout!! the room seemed to never cool off.
