Thursday's Billy Goat Climb, after Pilates hopped on the treadmill and set the speed to 5.0mph and the elevation to max and walked 2 miles in 24 min 4 sec and burned 450 calories. Nothing like the goat walk to get the sweat flowing and the heart pumping!!!!
