great YMCA Core Fitness/strength training

After Body Sculpting and billy goating I had time for 2 rounds of my workout. Today's totals; 100 elevated push ups ( 2 50 rd sets), 100 squats ( 2 50 unit sets), 100 declined crunches ( 2 50 unit sets), 200 obliques/side crunches ( 2 100 unit sets 50 left and 50 right), 20 pull ups ( 2 10 unit sets), 60 dips ( 2 30 unit sets), 5 laps walked on the indoor track (.5 mile).
