great YMCA Body Sculpting 01:00

5am YMCA Body Sculpting with Beth, awesome class as usual. Equipment used; platform with 2 risers per side, light, medium and heavy hand weights (12.5, 20 and 30lbs), floor mats and us. She worked us over pretty good working on biceps, triceps, chest, lunges on the platform, several cardio exercises. one of those days that the exercise was great and the sweat was flowing!!! good solid hour of workout!!
