5am YMCA 20/20/20 class with Amanda. Awesome class as usual. 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of kettle bells (25lber), 20 minutes of cardio using the bosu ball. she even threw in some planks on the bosu (bosu upside down) at the end and some abs. Man I love this workout!!
