YMCA core fitness/strength training. did 2 rounds after my 3 mile run and before spin class and 2 rounds after. Today's totals: 200 elevated push ups ( 4 50 unit sets), 200 squats ( 4 50 unit sets), 200 declined crunches ( 4 50 unit sets), 400 obliques/side crunches (4 sets of 100 50 left and 50 right), 40 pull ups ( 4 sets of 10), 120 dips ( 4 sets of 30), 1 mile walked on the indoor track ( 2 laps after each set and 2 extra at the end).
