Core fitness and strength training at the YMCA. had time to squeeze in 2 rounds of my workout this morning after body sculpting and billy goating. started off with a push up challenge to see how many I could do without stopping. did 72 elevated push ups before I could not do anymore. pressed on with my workout from there. Today's totals: 122 elevated push ups ( 1 set of 72 and 1 set of 50), 100 squats ( 2 sets of 50), 100 declined crunches ( 2 sets of 50), 200 obliques/side crunches ( 2 sets of 100 50 left and 50 right), 20 pull ups ( 2 sets of 10), 60 dips (2 sets of 30), 1 mile walked on the indoor track.
