YMCA Spinning for 1, after my 20/20/20 class I felt the need to ride some more ( don't I always??), 50 more minutes of spinning by myself listening to some Drowning Pool. Total mileage includes the 20 minutes of spinning from class. Nice sweaty session. Love those spinning workouts.
