YMCA 20/20/20 class with Amanda. Awesome class as usual. 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes using a 25lb kettle bell and 20 minutes of cardio; jumping jacks, planks, high knees, push ups. worked in some hand weights ( 30lbers) as well.
