430 am quick 3 miler before the YMCA opens at 5. legs were not quite feeling it today not sure if I pushed too hard on Monday or if it was Tuesday's body sculpting class. My Garmin 201 showed my average pace to be 8:17 and my best pace was 7:00. Tried blowing it out at the end and got a little too winded. No worries its not the pace that counts but getting the miles in!!
