After my 20/20/20 class everyone else left but I was not done. cranked on some Disturbed and kept of spinning for another 50 minutes. I alternated standing aggressive and seating sprinting between songs. I kept my heart rate between 120 and 130 the whole 50 minutes just for the heck of it. not your normal spinning but just trying to push myself. awesome sweat session!! my time also included the 20 minutes of spinning from my 20/20/20 class.
