Thurday's billy goat climb.. BBBBBaaaaaaaa BBBBBaaaabbabab did you think I would skip Billy Goat Thursday??? nope!! got my goat walk in. the way you do it is get on the treadmill and set the elevation to max and the speed for as fast as you can walk. for some reason I love to force myself to work harder than I need to so I set the speed to 5.0mph and I hold on to the bard and walk. I do swing 1 arm or the other at various times during my walk/climb. I can burn 450 calories on the goat walk and thats more than I do on an outdoor 3 mile run. Great leg workout and sweat session.
