great YMCA Body Sculpting 01:10

5am YMCA Body sculpting with Beth. Yep she picked it up another notch and worked us over good today but if I get up at 5am I want to have an awesome workout rather than some watered down crap. Equipment used; floor mats, bender band, bosu ball, light, medium and heavy hand weights (15, 25, & 30 lbers) and of course us!! what we did; lunges, push ups, jumping jacks, a little boxercise, hopping off and on the bosu, biceps (reps with all 3 weights), chest (with head and shoulders on the bosu reps with all 3 weights), ab work, and much more that I can't remember. awesome class!! ran over on time trying to squeeze in some stretching at the end.
