430 am, 40 degrees quick 3 miler before spin class. My Garmin 201 showed my average pace to be 8:24 and my best pace was 7:33. no problems still a slight tug from the left ITB but its feeling a whole lot better than it was. still rolling and stretching. hard to believe Mondays run was 22 degrees..felt like a heat wave this morning.
