      28 degrees here too. I pretty much used to it again for the season though. But it does make for more effort in running, with the wind and all the extra clothing layers. Speaking of hard rock, I've been keeping my ipod on shuffle and tonight it played me some VanHalen. Gave me a little bit of a boost lol.

      NIce cold early run! I am not a huge fan of cold weather. However, running has helped me to gain a new appreciation for it. LOL
