      I bet it does. The couple times I have completely left any exercise, I can remember going thru phases: frustration i'm not out there doing it, anger I'm not, sadness i'm not, lamenting i'm not, making excuses so i'm not, turning a cold shoulder to the fact i'm not, and finally indifference to, simply, not. Honestly, I'd say each step was probably 2 weeks or so in length. Very good point, my friend!
