i had every reason not to run. i had to be up at 4:30 e/3:30 central time to catch a flight home where i worked all day, didn't eat lunch and hardly had any water. i was exhausted. i wanted to sleepy and cry at the same time. but since i didn't run at all in canada, i knew i had to do something. so my intention was a nice slow, post margarita over indulgence 3 miler, which turned into a pretty consistent fun 5 miler. i'll take it!
