I rode the trainer. Lame, I know.

But I had the windows open, so it was kind of the same thing, right?

Felt good about doing SOMETHING, despite feeling kinda crappy still....then I ate 900 Red Velvet Cupcakes that my sister made me (cue church choir, they were THAT good) and one cold Coors light, so I guess it's all null and void.

Ah well, outside run on tap tomorrow if the limp is gone.

    Jenna, Jenna, Jenna.....you will be chasin' the leprecauns (spelling??) with the green beer tomorrow. Now why did ya go and eat ALL those red velvet cupcakes when you could have sent some to ME??? Have a happy day and don't wear any green so you will get pinched.

    Confession: I have never had a red velvet cupcake. Therefore: I think you are allowed to eat my portion. Well done on the trainer - who cares if it was sunny, it is mentally harder to ride on a trainer therefore you got a leg and mental toughness workout in one!
