19:1 and I ignored the last walk break just to finish because my feet were really sore (it felt like blisters developing on my soles) and Shady scraped her paw again.
Migraine due to the chinook arch over the city area and my ears were freezing even though it was a pleasant 10ºC (50ºF). I think I might need a headband to cover my ears.
Gear: Lululemon Swiftly L/S, Salomon XC pants, Smart Wool socks.


I can hardly believe it was 10 deg C today, it felt so cold! Great run!!

I got my TM used. People tend to buy workout equipment but never or hardly use it. Nice run!

Last year we had a cold snap that lasted over 3 weeks and it was too cold to walk outside with the Shady. Most of the streets in this hamlet were unplowed and I am thinking of getting running snowshoes to combat the 2 feet of snow.
