@Mel - I don't have a problem getting out the door in winter! I just pile layers on and look like the Stay Puff marshmallow man. I have never liked the heat having spent many summers in hot, humid Hong Kong.

  7. Any golfers out there? I am thinking of taking it up and looking into golf clubs. Yes, I am short, 4'11" so I am looking for women specific clubs most likely.

I am 5'1" and I use Callaway Clubs. They're older now and I can't remember which one but I didn't play with the length. You can always cut them down if needed. I would start with a starter cheap generic set until you figure out what you need in a set. You only need a few irons to start (a 5 and a 7) and a few woods (driver and maybe a 3 fairway).

Sorry about your feet and Shady. My late Dog Cleo was terrified by thunder, but thunder does not bother EddieDog, He sleeps right through it! He is a very laid back dog.

I did two halves within two weeks of eachother and I felt like I had the advantage on the second one and was able to make some adjustments as the first halve was still fresh in my end.

Some of the people we passed twice so they would have taken one of the bridges on their return trip (so it was probably more a 5km-10km than something longer). Only one guy looked be was doing his long run, but he was ready with a CamelBak and ran efficiently.
