Missed my long run yesterday so had to fit it in today. Was actually a really good run and loved running into a friend for the last little stretch! Thanks, Mandy!

Rest day today! Still plan to enjoy the sunshine with some park time with the kids, though. Can't stay out of this weather. :)
Ugh. Fairly nice out but had to do the treadmill since kids don't have their preschool this week. Hate (no, loathe!) the treadmill but at least I got it done. And no pain/issues still so I can... read more
