i forgot my phone at home so i couldnt jot down my workout summaries. But, these are the numbers i remembered. i reduced the distance and calories burned cause i wasn't too sure how much i had done. but the time is correct.

    Sometimes it helps to find a pre-made workout list online and just follow the list as you go.. that way you don't have to pull workouts out of your ass and you don't have to write everything you did down :-) That's what Kev does and it seems to work. I do the workout DVD thing so I still have to type it all out but once I do, I can just copy/paste ;-)
