i seriously had no motivation today!
i dont know where it disappeared to! so i reluctantly ran for 30 minutes on the elliptical on a resistance ranging from 5-7.
since i gave such a half ass effort on the elliptical i made up for it downstairs on the weights.
3 reps of 10 @30lbs on the chest press
3 reps of 10 @30lbs on the arm extension
2 reps of 10 @20lbs for shoulder presses
4 reps of 10 @40lbs on some machine that works the lower back
5 reps of 10 @40lbs on the abdominal crunch machine. OUCH!
ps no workout yesterday since i took the day off for MIDTERMS.
terrible business.
