Ran on the eliptical for half an hour at the hill climb setting. Some creep i met online jumped on the machine next to me so i fled downstairs to do some weights.
Im still new to the whole weights stuff so i didn't really try to WOW myself and just did the most i could handle.
3 reps of 15 chest presses @ 25lbs
2 reps of 10 on the abductor @ 30lbs
4 reps of 10 on the ab bench
4 reps on the rotary calf @ 35lbs
4 reps of 10 on the leg press @40lbs
i know i should works on each part on different days but i was just trying out all the machines.
next week will be BETTER! :]
