did an awesome 45 minute run on the elliptical. every 10 minutes i did a 5 minute or so run backward. that was tough! after that i got one of the trainers to help me out with weights down stairs.
i did a couple of sets before getting called into to work. bummer.
3 reps of 10 on the rotary calf with a resistance of 30bs.
3 reps of 10 of leg extensions with a resistance of 20lbs.
then work.
