the last work out me and roger did was pretty tuff and im surprised i survived 5 minutes because honestly, the first time i tried it i almost died. It is an AMAZING calorie burner tho.

Sometimes it helps to find a pre-made workout list online and just follow the list as you go.. that way you don't have to pull workouts out of your ass and you don't have to write everything you did down :-) That's what Kev does and it seems to work. I do the workout DVD thing so I still have to type it all out but once I do, I can just copy/paste ;-)
