good Gotta love 96% humidity! 3 mi 00:26 08:43 pace

A 3 mile progressive run in the really high humidity. At least it was only 71 degrees. My right ankle tweaked a bit during the first mile, but then felt fine.

I asked this question on my Facebook Fanpage the other day (http://bit.ly/bs43ZX). Of the responses I got everybody preferred heat over humidity. If given the choice I would run in 100% humidity over really hot (especially with sun) anytime..... I must be weird because not many people agree with me.

it was SOOO humid today! But i'm with you--when running with my girls in the jogger, it is SO much nicer to just deal with humidity rather than the hot sun. I definitely preferred that this morning.

Plus, both of my girls are sick so the humidity acted like a humidifier--and now they're both taking a loooong nap--the humid air was good for them--it surely beats blazing sunshine in my book.
