  1. greatA progressive tempo run with ... 4 mi / 00:32 08:02 pace

Kinda a mixture between a tempo run and a progressive run. I guess it was a progressive run at tempo pace.... there! Great weather to go for a run with my daughter Payton. I was pushing it, and I think I was boring her by going too slow :)

    Great ru... read more

  2. I just had to mention since I haven't been blogging much lately.....

My freshman daughter ran in a 3200 race in track yesterday. It was at a 9th and 10th grade invitational. She tore up the field, ran an awesome negative split of 6:18 and 6:09 for a... read more

Nice progressive 4 mile run this morning. I really didn't want to get out of bed but once again.... once I hit the road I was great and I was feeling in the groove before hitting the first quarter mile. Nice run!

I love running with my kids - I am very lucky that they like to run..... and with me :)

My son is 8 years old, and he is on and off, I let him decide when because I don't want to push him and make him hate it. He is the one that is asking to run lately.

My two daughters also run 14 & 16. My 14 year old is a freshman and ran in state in XC and is one of the top runners in distance in track. My 16 year old just took it up about 4 months ago and is doing really good in track. I love it :)

Nice easy 5 mile run this morning. My legs were a little spent still from last night's interval training, but I was able to still keep somewhat consistent. Good run.

Yea - it was funny, when we finished my little boy kept telling him "you have never run with my dad before" "He will push you and not let you stop" I just had to laugh and smile.

We are all loving it too!

I just realized I didn't post this on Monday night when I ran it.....

Went for a run with my 8 yr old Brady. We got him a watch at Disney and he wanted to try it out. I didn't think we would get far and figured he would stop a lot since it has been a while since he has run. We ran the first mile without stopping and t... read more

:) - he did ask about logging his run - he knows I log my runs, and both his older sisters log their runs. We set him up an account over at runningahead since that is where I have logged my runs for years. :)
