      Some times some solid time off and a visit to the doctor helps, even though it stinks... I had knee issues that wouldn't go away. Doctor told me to take a solid week off, so all I did was swim and no impact for seven days and it went away.

      Know it can be frustrating though, praying for you Tim.

    It wasn't far, but I ran. I wanted to run further, but am trying to play it really carefully considering my leg lately. I got the mile without pain, but I did notice it so didn't go furhter.

      Thanks everyone! @Bill The only thing I know is that it was started by a guy that works at this running store. He probably got a lot of information from a friend who started one at a different running store a few years back and was really successful.
