    I think I was too aggressive on cycling, because my run was about the worst I've had. It could have something to do with working 72 hours last week.

      Yeah, but not sure when that's going to happen. Next sunday is my first tri (indoor: 500 yard swim, 8 mile bike, 2 mile run) and facing another crazy week at work next week. For me, finishin' is winnin' on this one.
