    Felt really good on the run. Form started to suffer after the turn around and I started to slow down. Not overly pleased with my pace, but its a start.

    All the physical therapy on my shoulders is messing with my stroke. I am using the proper muscles more and it just feels weird. Pace is decent even though I don't feel like I have any power.

    Today wasn't a good day. Body didn't want to train today. Instead of 2 laps around all buoys, it was swim to the far shore and jog back. Oh well.

    Nice and easy. Testing out the bruised body from the bike wreck. Legs feel fine, but shoulder is still tender. Overall good.

    First swim in I didn't keep track of time, but my mapmyrun said my total workout was about 50 minutes so I guessed. I really need to spend more time in the water. I was terrible.

    Nice run. Felt really good considering I did 22.5 mile on the bike today. Was chilly starting out, but warmed up fast. 25:20 at the turn around. Feet are still getting used to new running style.
