Easy run. Waited until around 8 p.m. to start, but still way too hot. Tired legs. Spotted a shirtless gent on the path running and carrying his iPad with headphones. That was a first.

    Kristin - Granato has been bumping my mileage up. He likes longer runs vs. doubles. I'm doing cross-training today, run tomorrow and long Saturday - 4 runs/week.
