Two-hour long run. Not sure what I was trying to prove by starting this at 10:30 a.m. I was exhausted by the end.

    Marathon training = no Friday night. That's what I've had to accept. Then I think I'll get it back on Saturday, lies. I'm too tired to even stay up past 8 :) We've got issues.

    I wasn't even out that late. I woke up to an uncharged Garmin, though. Then I just wanted to get the run done instead of waiting until the evening.

    It's so hot here, I actually go in the 6 AM hour, which I hate. Hate! But I guess all the mature runners do this? I guess. Great job on getting it done.
