    First walk in several months (knee inury, foot injury and frankly a bit of laziness). Felt good to be moving again but I could have done without the 100 degree heat.

      Sorry to hear that! As I've run more and more, my legs seem to be getting used to it and I don't have the pains that I used to (knock on wood). My back is another story...always the lower back for me. I'm trying to strengthen my core to combat it a bit. Hope you get better soon!
