      Yes that's so true! Same for me! I went and ran at night tonight and I feel better when I do it in the morning. But regardless the best part is when you have accomplished it!!

  13. i've decided i'm going to start running again. i'm nervous about it because it's been forever, but i need to do something outside of myself. i need to get back into this....

      I just did the same thing after not running for 7 months! It will keep getting easier! The hardest part is beginning!

      thank you so much for your encouragement! you're right--the hardest part IS beginning. before i go to bed, i set my socks, my shoes--everything--in the bathroom and drink enough water so that i'll have to pee really badly when the alarm goes off. LOL. then when i'm in there it's hard to not just put my dang shoes on and go. plus i keep reminding myself that i'll feel more disappointment in myself for NOT running than inconvenience i imagine for going. i'm so glad i've started again. :)
