    LOL, Boogie Training run with Parker, Eric & Pat. Nice overall pace, nothing crazy. Lots of hills and good conversations....love running with friends.

    Fun run this morning at the Tar Heel Ten Miler with one of my buddies. We ran solid 8ish until the hill then hit the hill hard and cruised to the finish line.
