    Graet longer hike. Went up, over and back around to the trail head. Very warm and humid, but felt great! The clouds were great and definitely made the heat and humidity a bit more bearable.

      Hi Tiffany! Can you sum up the hip rotation thing, maybe refer me to somewhere to get more information? I'm a very amateur swimmer, but have been working swimming in as my cross-training during half-marathon training. But I feel like I waste sooo much energy...your post piqued my interest.
