    Took tanner (golden retriever) first, then dropped him off and took remi (chocolate lab) on the same route through my parents neighborhood. Whew! I'm hot and tried!

    I had to do a workout on the bike in the gym because class was canceled when I got here this morning. I did a pyramid on resistance during my 30 min ride

    started the app on my phone and then it stopped into the second interval. Used my garmin watch to just to 1:00-1:00 intervals for my walk/run. Then I had a longer cool down walk.

      You'll probably be able to skip a couple weeks of the program as your body kicks back into gear. That's what happened to me, anyway! =)
