      Keep up the good work, Tiffany!!!! Funks do make getting the motivation to run a lot more difficult, I have definitely experienced that. But like Debbie said, doing a great workout does help! I am proud of you, your progress, and your determination. :)

    Downloaded the Pandora app and listened to music during my run for once. Definitely made a difference with how I felt during today's run! 1 mile in 13 minutes, 2 miles in less than 30!

      I LOVE Pandora. I create a ton of stations, that way you can flip around, without using up your skip song limit, but gets lots of variety. Great job :)
