Abbreviated run because I was supposed to run last night, and we have a 5-miler tomorrow morning, so I don't want to push it.
That said, I probably went out way too fast on the first repeat and wore myself out, because I was comparatively slow the entire time. Gah. I hate morning runs, I've decided. It was too hot even at 8am, no breeze, and I wasn't sufficiently warmed up.
Well, we all have disappointing workouts from time to time. I guess I should be proud that I did something at all? I almost skipped it entirely.


Good job sticking with it and not skipping! This heat is awful!
