Some lifting, mostly arms and back followed by 30 minutes on the bike. IT is still flaring like crazy, so definitely taking it easy for a week or so. Bike resulted in no pain in the right leg!

Right leg lit on fire (IT and Quad) so this rapidly turned into a recovery walk. Stretch and ice. No major worries.

Wonderful weather. 81 degrees but a tad breezy at 30 mph. Heavily iced knee afterwards. Find out MRI results tomorrow. "Maybe" (shhhhh) Lincoln half next Sunday and Fargo in 3 weeks.

Doctor recommended me to Orthopedic Doctor. I will know more Wednesday, but she said it was a possibility that it could be an issue with both the PCL and ACL

Not terrible. Just did the hole walk 2 run 3 thing. Definitely hard and some definite weakness in the knee and entire right leg. Not as bad as I expected. Need to get back in shape!
