    Still amazed at how hot I can get even when it's overcast...the humidity is stunning.

    Lots of uphill, pretty hot/humid...So it was slow, but I felt pretty good mentally. Calves were mad by the end. But aren't they always?

    Really overheated on this run. High humidity, no wind to speak of. Was thankful for the overcast sky over Hilo.
