I use daftlogics distance calculator to calculate all of my runs, would be easier with a forerunner but wheres the fun in that?

Busted out 200 in batches of 25 and 50. Then did a complete core routine!

tired Post tonsillitis run 4.5 mi 00:37 08:13 pace
First run for two weeks as I have just gotten over the most brutal bout of tonsillitis I have ever had! No pbs set just a good sweat built up.
Think I quite like this dailymile thing!
