good Chattooga River trail 3.5 mi 00:39 11:00 pace

Busy day, trail race in the morning, then off to shuttle kayakers. Strapped on the ole trail runners and hit the Chattooga River Trail for a nice single track run in the rain. A few down trees, long uphills, and creek crossings helped pass the time nicely before having to pickup the kayakers. Not sure it counts as a recovery run but just felt like running a new trail this afternoon. Next time I am up there and have more time gonna have to run to the end.
