    Hot 12 hour run - wish I had gotten to 40 or 45, but with the humidity, I wasn't cooling down quite right, and it was nice to socialize anyway.

    Pushed hard and ran really well - saw a porcupine, a mama and 2 baby bears, and a sick raccoon. Great run with the guys.
