I actually enjoyed the the treadmill today. Jeanne B. said I always go out too fast, so today I started the tread out at a 10 minute pace and slowly raised it so that the last 3 miles were in the 8's. I think she might be right because I felt good throughout the run.
I also did 57 push-ups, 183 Squats, 197 Sit-ups.



wow that's a lot of squats! Great job Thomas! Isn't it a nice change when you can enjoy the treadmill?

Nice! I like the 9min pace. Way to take it easy today. I'm trying to learn to run a consistent pace over long distances. I think it'll help in the long run. I usually start out too fast...

Great workout. I've found also that progression runs leave me in the end more happy and satisfied.
