More Push Squat and Crunch
79 Squats - 87 Crunches - 120 Push up - My boobs are changing lol. The Push Ups are the toughest, on the last two sets I had to stop and rest so that I could finish the prescribed amount of push ups. It's working, I am gaining strength slowly, but it is happening.



Nice job Thomas. The push up program is pretty neat. I started only able to do 8 push ups. 120 is awesome!

Just body weight, but you could easily add free weights Michael. 200 squats there's an App for that ;)

that's a lot of squats even without weights! I agree with your comment on my post-DM is very humbling when you see what others are able to do. but, at the same time, very inspirational. nice workout!
