good 15% incline on the treadmill 2 mi

I sweat buckets when I am at this incline on the treadmill. Also did 100 sit ups and 50 push ups

    Did you run on the 15% incline or walk it? I walk at that incline for 5 min as a warm up and that is about all you will get out of my on that incline! Awesome job sticking that out for 2 miles!!

    Christine, It is kinda halfway between. Slow enough that I can stay on, fast enough that it is tough.

    15% incline - holy cow. Do you fall off when it's tilted that sharply? Nice work on the "hills" though.

    And I'll bet the only reason you do 15% grade is that the treadmill doesn't go to 20%, right? Because if it had a 20, you would do it.
